1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering your organization and using the Red Cross Blood Donation Drive Management System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the System.
2. Organization Responsibilities
2.1 Blood Drive Organization
Your organization agrees to:
- Provide adequate facilities and space for blood donation activities
- Ensure proper promotion and awareness among members/employees
- Coordinate with Red Cross personnel for smooth operation
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for donors
- Provide necessary support staff and volunteers
2.2 Donor Management
Your organization shall:
- Encourage eligible and willing donors to participate
- Ensure donors meet basic health requirements
- Respect donor privacy and confidentiality
- Provide accurate donor information to the System
3. Red Cross Responsibilities
The Philippine Red Cross agrees to:
- Provide medical personnel and equipment for blood collection
- Ensure proper handling and testing of collected blood
- Provide training and guidance to organization coordinators
- Maintain the System and provide technical support
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Protect the confidentiality of donor information
- Comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012
- Use personal data only for blood donation purposes
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Notify each other of any data breaches
5. Intellectual Property
The Blood Donation Drive Management System, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Philippine Red Cross and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Philippine Red Cross shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the System.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. The Philippine Red Cross reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violation of these terms.
8. Amendments
The Philippine Red Cross reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Important Notice
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions. You also confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
